I was thinking, James, the same thing. In my lifetime, JFK made an impression on me, mostly because it was cool he was our president. And Obama made me proud. Other than that, the presidency was mostly noise, nonsense and ineffectiveness. Yea, what difference does it make? I can control one thing—how I treat others.
