Actually, peaceful demonstration and resistance is a tenet of our democracy, Vince. I’ve read the Constitution.

In fact, so is satire. Here’s a quote from an actual American president, one who passed the Civil Rights Act:

“It is part of the price of leadership of this great and free nation to be the target of clever satirists. You have given the gift of laughter to our people. May we never grow so somber or self-important that we fail to appreciate the humor in our lives.” — President Lyndon Johnson

But, in the end, I can’t not like a 3rd generation Italian immigrant named Vince Sardo.

Remind me again what our fine all-American president would have said to your great grandparents about entering the country? I forget.
